You embody a leadership style that is authentic, approachable, and grounded in genuine care for the people around you.
I will never forget the thoughtfulness you showed on Admin Appreciation Day — not only taking the time to bake cookies yourself, but when discovering that I was gluten free, you baked again and made sure a gluten free one made its way to me. That simple gesture spoke volumes. It reflected a leader who sees people as individuals, who values every contribution, and who takes the extra moment to make others feel included.
You have set the tone for the culture here at Holland Bloorview in the best way possible. You greet everyone with a warm hello, respond with clarity and efficiency, and lead with transparency and integrity.
